Please do not support HB 137. 

Although the intent of HB 137 may be to curb motorcycle stunt drivers getting crazy on the highway and putting others at risk, it is poorly written and is discriminatory against one class of drivers - motorcyclist.  Supporting this bill suggests to thousands of your voters that ALL motorcyclists are NOT law abiding citizens.  Supporting this bill suggests to thousands of your voters that ALL motorcyclists are reckless and do not care about the safety of their passengers, nor the general public.

We already have enough laws in place to individually prosecute those select individuals who are described in this proposed bill. 

This bill is discriminatory and sets a dangerous precedent for singling out motorcyclists.
