316.2085 Riding on motorcycles or mopeds. The license tag of a motorcycle or moped must be permanently affixed to the vehicle and may not be adjusted or capable of being flipped up. No device for or method of concealing or obscuring the legibility of the license tag of a motorcycle shall be installed or used.

968 - Provides that a person who is convicted of a moving violation that causes or contributes to causing serious injury to or the death of a person riding a motorcycle commits a misdemeanor offense. Requires that the offender pay a specified fine, serve a minimum period of incarceration, and attend a driver improvement course. Requires the court to revoke the person's driver's license for a specified period, etc.

212 - Prohibits certain persons from using an electronic wireless communications device while operating a motor vehicle. Provides for enforcement and penalties. Provides for a point assessment against the driver's license.

212 -Requires a law enforcement officer who has a reasonable suspicion that a person was driving or in actual physical control of a motor vehicle when it was involved in an accident that may have caused or contributed to the death of a human being to require that the person submit to a blood test to determine the alcoholic content thereof or the presence of specified substances, etc.
